These terms govern your use of the Nexora Social Media website and software (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

• You may use the Service to schedule and manage content on the social platforms you own or are authorised to manage.
• You must not use the Service to violate the terms of any social platform, to harass or defame, to distribute malware or prohibited content, or to disrupt the Service.
• You retain ownership of the content you post. By publishing through Nexora you grant us the limited rights needed to deliver the Service.

4. Subscriptions and fees

Some features require a paid subscription billed in advance. Fees and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may change fees with advance notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Nexora or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted. Your brand names and trademarks remain yours.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Published content depends on the third-party social platforms, whose services and availability are outside our control.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend the Service with notice. If we make material changes, we will notify you. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time via our data deletion form.
